Late charges would be levied for all instructions received within 24 hours of the execution date @ Rs. 75/- per instruction. Failed/cancelled trades will not be charged.
Transaction cum Holding statements will be sent every month, in case of any transaction recorded during that month. Else Holding statement will be sent every quarter.Any additional statement will be charged at Rs. 50/- plus courier charges at actuals for overseas address scheme and Rs. 15/- for Indian address scheme. Alternatively, you can view your holding , transaction and billing statements at http:\\www.shcil.com.
All the % in the above tariff would be applied on the value of transactions as computed by NSDL/CDSL.
The above rates depend on the existing NSDL/CDSL charges and will be revised on revision by NSDL/CDSL. The above charges are subject to revision by SHCIL.
Service Tax would be levied as per prevailing rates including any other cess or tax levied by the Government of India, in any other form.
Kindly provide us with ECS mandate to debit your bank a/c with the billing amount to avoid delayed payments and penalties.
Courier charges incurred by SHCIL for sending across individual packets containing shares, DIS books or any other documents shall be charged extra.
